Trees are oftenexposed to massivegrowth-limiting influences due to their location and weather conditions.
This makes it all the more important to use a mineral, open-pored substrate, preferablymade from volcanic raw materials, which regulatesthe air and water balance andis very conducive to germination and growth thanks to its good nutrient buffering.
